Sales Policies

• JAK Silver does everything possible to maintain the integrity and security of this site to eliminate the possibility of fraud.
• To further protect both the purchaser as well as JAK Silver, if item(s) being purchased exceed $1000 USD a credit card can be used to pay the first $1000
• We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, as well as Debit cards that are Visa or Master Card branded
• The balance remaining can be paid for by:
• Electronic or Wire fund transfers
• Money Order
• Bank Check
• Paypal
• Personal Check*
• JAK Silver ships within one* business day of receipt of payment. On those rare occasions where we cannot meet that objective, buyer will be notified immediately
• *If paying with a personal check we will ship within one business day of check clearing; on average checks clear in 5-10 business days after being deposited
• Upon payment completion, buyer will be contacted by email and will be given all pertinent information, i.e. carrier, tracking number, etc.
• Sales tax will be collected on all items being shipped to the state of California.

• It is our goal that your experience with JAK Silver be as smooth and pleasant as possible
• JAK Silver guarantees the authenticity of each piece that we offer.
• All items offered are in good to excellent estate condition; on a scale of 1-10 it is our opinion that all items offered are at least a 9.
• On the rare occasion where the item(s) do not meet these criteria we will state so and describe the nature of the imperfection(s)
• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible (within 10 days of receipt of item) and we will issue an RMA
• This policy applies to all of the items on our website unless “final sale” is indicated.
• We will offer a full refund less shipping and handling costs, which will be assumed by the buyer and must include insurance and a tracking number.
• If the item in question clearly does not meet the standard of excellent estate condition, we will of course assume the return shipping costs.  We do photograph every piece immediately prior to shipping.
• Item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent; we go to great lengths to properly package and protect item(s) to avoid them being damaged in transit.

• All the silver offered on our website qualifies as vintage and some of the items are true antique (100 years or greater in age), with the appropriate hallmarks to substantiate the period that it was manufactured.  All of these items will show the results of normal wear, tear and care that are associate with pieces of this age.
• Availability of all items are subject to prior sell
• We reserve the right to change the price on our website at any time.
• We will honor the current published price under all circumstances.
• If there is an item that has been sold and you still want it we will make every effort to procure another piece; if there is a specific item that you do not see on our website but are interested in, please let us know, as we have many resources.
• Dates, hallmarks, artists, sizes, measurements and any descriptions relating to provenance of these items are to the best of our knowledge accurate. Any deviation or misstatements are unintentional and we assume no responsibility for errors of that nature.
